How to Cancel Your Membership and Delete Your Account

We understand that circumstances change, and you may wish to discontinue your membership with Locals with Benefits. Please follow the steps below to cancel your membership and request permanent deletion of your account information.

Step 1: Cancel Your Membership

Log in to your account and navigate to the Membership Portal. Within the portal, you will find the option to cancel your membership. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process.

Step 2: Request Account Deletion

Once your membership has been successfully cancelled, you may request that all personal details associated with your account be permanently deleted from our records. To do so, please send an email to:

Please include your full name and the email address associated with your account to help us verify your identity.

Step 3: Confirmation of Deletion

Upon receipt of your request, we will permanently delete your account information from our database. This process is irreversible and includes the removal of all personal data associated with your membership. The deletion of your account will be confirmed in reply email.
